Any first time parents, yes that includes dad, this is not just a mummy group! We’re here to support all parents.
What will we cover?
These are relaxed session, where we will chat, we might show you some baby massage that help with wind or colic, we might get the development toys out, we might cover car seat safety or safe sleeping….
We will be entirely guided by whatever you need with a little focus topic each week, and we will definitely have hot drinks and bikkies, we know you need the caffeine.
