Frequently asked questions

Will my toddler be able to manage the moves?

Yes! its not about perfecting a traditional yoga move, its all about having a go, and were really building on the brain body connection it takes to figure out what their asking their body to do. The more often they come, the more they will figure the moves out.

Will I be able to take part to support my little one?

Absolutely! We need you on the mat with your little one so that they feel confident to have a go. You can also guide them through the moves and even do them yourself, yoga is a great exercise to build your strength too.

What if my toddler won’t take part?

That’s really normal! Strange things are scary when you’re little and navigating the world, but when they see what we are doing, and they’ve got you by their side they will understand quickly it’s safe and fun. Most children won’t join in the first couple of sessions, The more often you come the more confident they will feel to have a go, and they’re still benefiting because they’re taking it all in without you noticing!
