Frequently asked questions

Is this like the adult yoga I do – The short answer is no, the moves are loosely based on the principles of Hatha yoga, but no, not really. The moves are entirely created for little bodies and designed to stimulate reflexes, muscle groups and grow your baby’s brain.

What if my baby cries – That’s no problem at all!

Is there an opportunity to meet other parents – Yes! we have time at the end for socialising and coffee.

What age can babies attend until – Basically until you can’t lift them any longer, there are no rules really, if you’re enjoying the class, keep coming
