When should I seek newborn support?

Parents often contact us for help with feeding difficulties, sleep concerns, reflux symptoms, weight gain concerns, settling issues and general newborn care questions.

Do I need a tongue tie assessment?
If your baby struggles to latch, feeds frequently without appearing satisfied, causes nipple pain during feeding or has poor weight gain, an assessment may be helpful. Bottle feeding babies may also need assessment if they are taking a long time to feed, clicking or messy feeding. 

Are baby first aid courses suitable for grandparents?
Yes. Our courses are ideal for parents, grandparents, childcare providers and anyone who regularly cares for babies and young children.

What areas do you cover?
We support families throughout Cheshire, Shropshire & Staffordshire, including Nantwich, Crewe, Chester, Sandbach, Northwich, Winsford and surrounding areas.

I’ve had a c-section and can’t drive, do you do home visits?
Yes, we can come to your home to offer newborn support, teach our first aid courses and even baby massage.

I am struggling feeding my baby but I’m bottle feeding not breast, can you help with that?

Absolutely yes.  We can support you with all aspects of caring for a newborn baby

My baby is unsettled all of the time and won’t stop crying, can you help?

Yes, any of our team can help with this, we are here to support you through the difficult days of parenting – We also have a specialist paediatric nurse clinic where the advanced practitioner Vicky can medically assess your baby to make sure that there is nothing medically wrong or being missed.
