Welcome to Serenity Baby Clinic. We are a specialist baby & Child clinic in Cheshire providing expert support for newborns, babies, children and their families. Led by experienced neonatal intensive care nurses, we offer guidance you can trust and practical support to help parents feel confident throughout their baby’s early months.
Whether you’re looking for breastfeeding support, tongue tie assessment, baby first aid training, baby massage classes or professional newborn support, we’re here to help.
Supporting families across Nantwich, Crewe, Chester, Sandbach, Northwich, Winsford and the wider Cheshire area as well as Whitchurch, Shrewsbury and across Shropshire.

Breastfeeding Support
Breastfeeding can be challenging, especially during the early weeks. We provide personalised breastfeeding support to help with latching difficulties, feeding concerns, low milk supply, painful feeding and confidence building for new parents
Tongue Tie Assessment
If you’re concerned your baby may have tongue tie, we offer professional assessments and guidance to help identify feeding difficulties and support informed decisions about treatment options. We will soon be running a tongue tie assessment and division clinic – until then we have a trusted partner that we can refer you to.
Baby First Aid Courses
Our baby first aid courses give parents, grandparents and carers the knowledge and confidence to respond to common childhood emergencies, including choking, CPR, burns, seizures and illness – One to one session and home sessions available.
Baby Massage & Yoga Classes
Enjoy quality time with your baby while learning soothing massage techniques that may help support relaxation, sleep and comfort. Our Session led by NICU nurses Caroline & Katherine are more than baby massage or yoga, they’re about supporting you too.
Newborn Support Clinic
Our newborn support clinic provides expert guidance on feeding, sleep, growth, development, reflux, colic, weight gain and general newborn care. Home visits also available
Paediatric (child) health clinic
Expert support and advice from our experienced Advanced Clinical practitioner. Managing concerns with common issues such as constipation, toileting issues, bedwetting, allergies, skin issues, developmental concerns and support with children with complex health needs – follow up call included

FAQ’s
Where are you based? We are based in south Cheshire just outside of Nantwich on the A530, in our beautiful clinic. Most people know where the 3 wrens distillery is, we are just behind them. It’s a short and very pretty drive, around 10 mins from Nantwich or 25 from Sandbach. We are not far from the Shropshire border either.
Do you offer home visits? – Yes, we offer home visits for all of our services and classes, please call us to discuss your requirements, we can travel across Cheshire and Shropshire.
I’m struggling to breastfeed my baby, can you help? Yes, we can, we are all experienced and skilled with breastfeeding support, we can either see you in the Cheshire clinic or offer a home visit.
How do I get breastfeeding off to the best start? We have breastfeeding antenatal classes, and online sessions where you can learn all the hints and tips you need to breastfeed successfully.
How do I know if my baby has a tongue tie? Katherine and Caroline are trained tongue tie practitioners and they can do a full oral and feeding assessment to check this for you. We will soon be offering the full assessment and division service but until then we do have a trusted partner who we are happy to be able to refer you to for a division if its needed
Do you offer pre-birth appointments so that I can chat through my concerns? Yes, we are often approached by parents who are worried about caring for their newborn and support them to feel confident. This is especially useful if you have been told your baby may need to go to NICU after it is born, we can help prepare you on what to expect.
My baby was on NICU, can you help me now I’m home? Yes. As NICU nurses we understand the impact of a NICU stay on parents, the anxieties that come once you are home and the support you may need. We are also able to support you with sick or complex babies so that you can advocate for your baby with expert knowledge.
Do you do antenatal classes? They are coming soon in our Cheshire clinic, watch this space…
My baby is struggling to latch on the bottle, can you help? It’s not only breastfed babies that struggle to get the hang of feeding, bottle fed babies can have issues too such as oral restrictions (tongue tie), high palates, oral aversions, poor suck coordination. We can assess and support you with that.
Do you offer first aid sessions that are not in a group? Yes, we offer individual appointments for those who maybe don’t enjoy the group setting in our Cheshire clinic. We also offer all of our classes as one to one appointments if that is what you’d prefer, we know classes aren’t for everyone.
