We know that having a new baby can be a worrying time, especially if they have had a NICU journey, have complex needs, or are your are struggling with feeding or any other newborn concerns – We are here to help. We can offer our expert NICU nurse support at home, whenever you need us.
How can we support you with your newborn at home?

We are pleased to be able to offer you a 1 hour visit with a senior member of our team in the comfort of your own home, to support you with any issues or questions you may have about your newborn.
We can help you in those early days and weeks to
- Establish breastfeeding
- We can Trouble shoot any concerns you have with latch, positioning, and attachment
- We can support you with formula feeding issues
- We can guide you through any general care and wellbeing concerns with your newborn
And even better you don’t need to get dressed to see us or leave your house; Perfect if you have had a c-section and are unable to drive to our Cheshire clinic
Home visit appointments £69
(Home appointments are limited availability – book early to ensure your appointment)
*For addresses further than 5-mile radius of the clinic a milage charge of 45p per mile will be invoiced.
We are also able to offer ante-natal appointments to discuss infant feeding/ bathing/ car seat safety/ safe sleep, please contact us to discuss your personal requirements.
FAQ’s
My baby was on NICU and I’m so anxious now I’m home, can you help? Yes, and we completely understand that parents feel this way after having a baby on NICU. You get very used to having the monitors and staff to reassure you and suddenly they’re all gone. We’re here for you. We’ve stood next to many parents as they’ve navigated their NICU journey and can absolutely support you to feel confident with your baby at home & to reassure you. Think of us as your own personal experienced NICU nurses, here any time you need us.
I had a C-section and can’t drive, will you come to my house to help me with breastfeeding? Yes, we can. We can help you trouble shoot any feeding issues and support you to have a successful feeding journey.
Do you offer tongue tie assessments at home? We can assess for a tongue tie and do a thorough oral assessment – please see our Tongue tie page for more information.
I’m so anxious about my baby catching a virus in a baby class after they were so poorly, do you offer any other home services? Yes – all of our services can be delivered at home. We can come out and do one to one first aid, baby massage etc, and we understand that this is a common issue amongst NICU parents so hopefully we can reassure you while we are there about the safety of our classes and the benefits for you both
